Exec & Team Evolution
- Experiment with teams at any level – dedicated session for Executives at first usually- to reflect on the reality of things to invite collaboration and initiate testing and learning. In doing so, you will improve your collaboration and flexibility. You will become self sufficient.
- This is a collective journey from 3 to approximately 50 people
- As a start, we propose a 2 days workshop to work with you to approach needs. We have a 3 to 6 months approach for teams with regular monthly 1 or 2 days meeting and follow up calls.
